HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

Standardised guide but subject to change, according to specific local restrictions and authorities’ guidelines.

Given that the situation is ever-changing, and we anticipate gradual loosening of restrictions in Indonesia in the coming months, we will share more detailed information for Further East 2022 nearer to the event.

TRAVEL GUIDELINES

  • We are keeping a close eye on the entry requirements for travel to Indonesia and will update this page as soon as more information has been provided. Please refer to the travel advice provided by your government
  • As it stands, neither Indonesia nor Further East requires visitors/attendees to be fully vaccinated. Should the Indonesian guidelines change, we will update this webpage immediately

HYGIENE AND CLEANING

  • Additional cleaning of all meeting spaces throughout the day as well as overnight
  • Will provide extra hand sanitiser for all attendees
  • Will provide multiple hand sanitisation stations on the show floor

SOCIAL DISTANCING AND CROWD MANAGEMENT

  • Floorplans will be adapted to allow increased spacing and/or one-way systems, if required
  • Additional marshals and signage onsite to ensure measures are being adhered to
  • We encourage attendees to limit physical interactions where possible (e.g. exchange of business cards)
  • Staggered and longer times for registration to minimise queuing
  • No self-service buffets
  • Increased F&B stations to minimise crowd density

PROTECT AND DETECT

  • Participants and staff at all This is Beyond events will be asked to use items of PPE in line with local government and health authority advice. This may include wearing a face covering
  • According to local guidelines, we will carry out screening measures on a daily basis – this may include temperature checks and/or other screening processes
  • Additional medical support onsite
  • Should it be necessary, all This is Beyond events will work with local authorities to trace and contact attendees
